Pricing for all CDYNE XML Web Services is based off a set monthly maintenance fee
and a per-transaction fee.
CDYNE services are post-pay. Your credit card will not be charged until one
month from sign-up date and will be billed monthly thereafter unless you deactivate
or cancel services by calling CDYNE or signing in to your account and managing your
services from your personal interface.

Paperless billing
Out of concern for the environment as well as automated efficiency – our hallmark
– we do not use paper invoices unless specifically requested. Monthly invoices and
account password are sent to the email provided at signup and any other billing
contacts added to your account.
Account management
Clients can add a secondary billing contact or additional CDYNE Web Services at
any time. Billing contacts are separate from technical contacts in our database.
Multiple users can have the ability to manage services, and invoices will be emailed
to the billing contact(s). Technical updates are emailed to the technical contacts
provided in your account. If no technical contacts are selected, billing contacts
will receive technical emails.
Free trials
If you wish to try our services for free, you can request a free trial license key
through our inquiry form or use the provided testing URLs*, inputting license key
“0”. Trial license keys are full working versions of CDYNE Web Services and contain
all advanced operations.
* For regulatory reasons, free testing URLs do not include use of Phone Notify!
and SMS Notify!. Users must request a trial license key to test these services.
Free testing URL transactions are limited to approximately 10 within a two-hour
span, after which the service will return an error message. You may request a trial
license key at this point via the inquiry form.
